Thank you for choosing 27:4 Carwash on The Spot. We stand behind the quality of our work and want every customer to drive away satisfied. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our services, memberships, and bookings.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee (Re-Do First)
If you're not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours of the appointment and we'll return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. We ask for the chance to make it right before issuing a refund — most concerns are resolved with a quick re-do.
To request a re-do, email 274carwashonthespot@gmail.com or call 760-540-5804 with your name, appointment date, and a description (photos appreciated) of the issue.
2. Refunds on Single Services
If a re-do does not resolve the issue, you may request a partial or full refund within 7 days of the original appointment. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the nature of the concern and the work performed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer refunds for:

Pre-existing damage, stains, or wear that could not be removed despite reasonable detailing efforts

Issues reported more than 7 days after the service

Services that were completed as described and accepted at the time of pickup/handoff
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

24+ hours' notice: Full refund of any deposit, or free reschedule.

Less than 24 hours' notice: Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.

No-shows: Forfeit the full deposit. If no deposit was taken, a no-show fee of [$AMOUNT] may apply to future bookings.
4. Weather & Service Provider Cancellations
As a mobile service, we may need to reschedule due to weather, equipment, or staffing. If we cancel, you'll be offered a full refund or priority rescheduling at no charge.
5. My 27:4 Memberships & Subscriptions

Cancel anytime: You can cancel your membership through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing.

No prorated refunds: We don't refund partial months. You'll keep access to member benefits through the end of your current billing cycle.

First-month refund: If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not yet redeemed a member service, we'll refund that initial charge in full.

Unused services: Member services included in a billing cycle do not roll over and are not refundable in cash.
6. Gift Cards & Promotional Credits
Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by California law.
