1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from 274 Car Wash on the Spot ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
274 Car Wash on the Spot offers mobile car wash and detailing services delivered directly to the Client's location. Specific services, packages, and pricing are provided at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
Payment in Full Required Prior to Final Service
All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to the start of the last scheduled service. Failure to settle the account in full before the final service will result in suspension of services until the balance is paid.

4. Referral Discount Program
We appreciate our loyal clients! Every time you refer a new client to 274 Car Wash on the Spot, you will receive a discount on your next service, provided that the referred client pays upfront in full for their first service.
How it works:

Refer a friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker to our services

The new client must mention your name at the time of booking

Once the referred client completes payment in full upfront for their first service, your referral discount will be applied to your next scheduled service

There is no limit to how many clients you can refer — every qualifying referral earns you a new discount

Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable

Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by 274 Car Wash on the Spot
5. Personal Items and Vehicle Contents Disclaimer
Clients are required to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before our team arrives for service.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Wallets, purses, and bags

Cell phones, tablets, laptops, and electronics

Jewelry, sunglasses, and accessories
-
Cash, gift cards, and credit/debit cards
-
Important documents, mail, and paperwork
-
Tools, equipment, and personal effects
-
Firearms, prescription medications, and any other valuables
274 Car Wash on the Spot is NOT responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. This includes any loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of belongings of any kind. By scheduling service with us, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the contents of your vehicle.
We strongly recommend conducting a thorough check of your vehicle prior to our arrival.
6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our approved booking channels

Cancellations made less than [24] hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee

No-shows will be charged the full service amount

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances

Clients will be notified as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary
7. Service Location Requirements
The Client is responsible for ensuring:

A safe, accessible location for our team to perform the service

Access to a water source and electrical outlet, if required for the booked service
-
Permission from property owners or management (e.g., HOAs, apartment complexes) where applicable
-
A reasonable working area around the vehicle
If the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or does not meet service requirements upon our arrival, the appointment may be canceled and a service fee may apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
While 274 Car Wash on the Spot exercises the utmost care during every service, the Client agrees that:

We are not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle (scratches, dents, paint chips, mechanical issues, etc.)

We are not responsible for damage resulting from loose, aftermarket, or improperly installed parts and accessories
-
Claims of damage caused by our service must be reported in writing within [24-48] hours of service completion
-
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the service provided
9. Right to Refuse Service
274 Car Wash on the Spot reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any Client for any reason, including but not limited to: unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, non-payment, or vehicles in a condition we deem beyond the scope of standard service.
10. Photography and Marketing
We may photograph vehicles before and after service for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. License plates and identifying information will be obscured. If you do not wish to have your vehicle photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your appointment.
11. Changes to These Terms
274 Car Wash on the Spot reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and/or provided to clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
